My Practice
About Me
The human psyche is both my vocation and my passion. After living in New York City for 15 years, I followed a deep calling to study the human psyche and pursue advanced training in Depth Psychology. Today, I combine my clinical training, lifelong passion for inner work, and years of experience to support individuals and children in their healing journeys.
Types of Therapy
Art Therapy, Attachment-based, CBT-I, Compassion Focused, Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Expressive Arts, Humanistic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian, Jungian Play Therapy, Lifespan Integration Therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Person-Centered, Play Therapy, Psychodynamic, Somatic.
I offer a depth-oriented, relational space where we attend not only to what is present on the surface, but to the underlying organization of your inner world. Our work focuses on how early experiences, internal conflicts, and unconscious patterns continue to shape your emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
My approach is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic in foundation, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and client-centered principles. Together, we work to bring greater clarity to your internal experience, allowing for shifts that are not just behavioral, but structural and lasting.
My Approach
Why Psychodynamic Psychotherapy?
Unlike surface-level symptom management, psychodynamic work seeks to understand the why beneath distress — tracing present-day challenges back to the internalized experiences, defenses, and narratives we carry, often outside of conscious awareness.
