Hi, I’m Lyna

The human psyche is both my vocation and my passion.

For over a decade, I worked as a life coach, walking alongside individuals through important life transitions and emotional challenges. Over time, I felt called to deepen my work — to go beyond surface-level change and truly understand the intricate layers of the human psyche.

This led me to complete my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah State University and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where I specialized in Depth Psychology. I am also currently completing Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative, evidence-based model that deepens my work with trauma, attachment, and the inner self.

In my practice, I work with both adults and children, integrating Jungian, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Child-Centered Play Therapy, Jungian Play Therapy, and Expressive Arts Play Therapy. Whether we're exploring unconscious patterns, early attachment wounds, protective parts of the psyche, or using the symbolic language of play, my approach is collaborative, relational, and deeply respectful of each client’s unique inner world. Our work is not about quick fixes, but about helping you access deeper understanding, self-compassion, and lasting inner transformation.

Originally from France, I spent 15 years living in New York City before settling in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I am also a mother of two, and my personal and professional path continue to be shaped by a lifelong commitment to growth, meaning-making, and the profound healing potential that lives within each of us. Alongside my clinical work, I am passionate about writing, spirituality, neurobiology, and the creative process—all of which inform my work and my ongoing relationship to the psyche.
